Initial Phase

We will start by giving you a quote using our computer program and pictures taken by our drone.  We will detail the damaged areas needed to be replaced in case of a partial roof replacement.  Once you approve the quote and execute the contract, our master roofer will then make an inspection of your roof detailing the damaged areas  3rd party insurance adjusters will not be able to overlook the damaged areas that had been marked.

Phase 2

Using information supplied by you, our agents will give you a variety of options that will help you find the funds necessary for the replacement of your roof.  You may finance the roof repairs using 3rd party finance, like a personal loan or a home equity loan.  You may also qualify for a government program that can provide the necessary funds for the roof replacement.  Moreover, our agents can assist you in making an insurance claim on your house that may pay a substantial portion of the project.

Once we assist you in getting the necessary funds for the roof replacement, our agents will contact you and give you  a variety of options on the type of shingles and color that you may choose for your roof replacement. They will also get the necessary permits needed before the roof reconstruction starts.

The roof reconstruction will only start only when we have favorable weather conditions.  This process shall last between 3 to 4 days depending on the size of the roof.  Once all work is completed, you have the option of certifying the roof repair.  This option will help you in decreasing the insurance premium on your house.
